"Art builds self-esteem by enabling participation as valued members in our community, both local and global. The goal of the Program is to allow students to establish themselves as fulfilled and contributing members of a healthy community through the creation of artwork, which is genuinely valued by the general population and represents individual expression for the student." -- A. Raeside, Program Coordinator
