OSCAR HOWE ART CENTER P.O. PRAIRIE WINDS PROJECT 208 East Colorado Blvd. - Spearfish, SD 57783 The Prairie Winds Project is a state-wide program designed to improve student and teacher writing in the classroom. The project focuses on the use of regional literature, mentorships, writing retreats, teacher workshops, student publishing and teacher resource guides to accomplish the goal.
