Charlie White earned his BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and his MFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California in 1998. Recently, White has had solo shows at the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum in Los Angeles and at Andrea Rosen Gallery in New York City. In 1995, White's work was chosen by Cindy Sherman, Laurie Simmons, and Sarah Charlesworth for the "Somatogenics" show at New York's Artist Space. His photographs have been published in ARTFORUM, THE NEW YORK TIMES, and TIME OUT London and New York, among others. White currently lives in Pasadena, CA.
