Every time someone talks about the money needed to help tax payers out of foreclosure, or universal health care, even the need to spend more to increase student achievement, the press always join those who scream, where will the money come from?
Through this and other reports on billions in bonuses to Wall Street Bankers and other corporate CEOs,this story on Homeland Security Fraud, farmers paid not to grow, etc., it is clear where the money is. Why not do a story that summarizes all of the reports about major corporate/government waste and fraud so that viewers can understand how much money could be redirected to fund national people based priorites? For example, rather than go after the overpaid, excessively bonused CEOs to put them in jail, how about they be required to invest in the financial instruments that can produce the money in the sizes needed for (rebuilding) Americans as well as America?
