finding your roots

President in family?

gw April 4, 2012

I enjoy your show. I did some research of my roots. My great great grand parents are Luke Milk and Saloma Adams. Milk goes back to John Milk founding father of Salem, Mass. and Adams goes back to Henry Adams and Edith Squire. great great grand parents of president John Adams. I am amazed.

    Dear Henry Louis Gates, Jr.,
Thank you for your new show “Finding Your Roots.” It has inspired me to not give up on locating my husband side of ancestors for my children & grand children. I loved hearing what you did for Barbara Walters & the Beacons. I can hardly wait for your next show You are an amassing man & a true HERO. Sincerely Astrid Willis (Gundersen)
