Looking for Mr. Pearl A. Wilson

Jo anabelle Fernandez March 27, 2012

My mother in law is an Amerisian, born in Olongapo City Philippines. She grew up in a Orphanage/Convent and never knew her parents. The nun who took care of her, Mother Agnes is the only person who informed her about her parents. Her mother is a filipina, last name Lopez, and that her father is an American Soldier, caucasian, named Pearl Al Wilson with a brother named Woodrow Wilson and lives somewhere in Chicago. The year she was conceived was in 1952 or 1953. I know this is so little to gi by, but is there any way you can help her?
