Comment: Happy 30th Anniversary, GREAT PERFORMANCES! I've watched for more years than I can remember and have enjoyed the programs you've presented. THANK YOU for bringing quality theater to the public. I have one request: PLEASE bring Mary Zimmerman's "Metamorphoses" to us!

Comment: Keep going. I keep waiting for the next program and have never been disappointed. The only time I would like to be a couch potato is when I watch GREAT PERFORMANCES.

Comment: "From Broadway: Fosse" was one of the most outstanding dance performances broadcast on television!!!

Comment: Just watching each ... GREAT PERFORMANCES helps me to understand the meaning of art and culture, the beauty of life. What a pleasure to have such a wonderful time in the comfort of home. Please, don't ever stop televising it!

Name: Angela Nichols
Comment: I love when GP plays musicals, such as "Cats," and I really enjoyed the "Les Misérables" anniversary concert, too.

Name: Walter Teague
Comment: Please show "The Gospel at Colonus" again. I saw it in the '80s and it was wonderful. I also saw the play in San Francisco because of what I saw on PBS.

Name: Ken Howard
Comment: I have enjoyed most [of] your operatic programming, particularly the non-mainstream operas such as "Central Park," "Emmeline," and "A Streetcar Named Desire." It is refreshing not to have to see just the standard repertoire all the time.

Name: Myra
Comment: Please, please play "The Gospel at Colonus" again. I remember watching it in the early '80s. I want my children to see the quartets their grandfather used to sing with. Thanks!

Comment: GREAT PERFORMANCES is pure joy. I've never missed a New Year's Day in Vienna -- it wouldn't be the start of a New Year without it. Definitely one of the many top notch programs that public television airs.

Name: Hadassah Guillaume
Comment: Yesterday, December 31st, I celebrated my 56th birthday. Today, I sat in the comfort of my home and enjoyed the best birthday present ever given. I traveled via television to Vienna where I enjoyed my favorite Strauss waltzes and other performances of the Vienna State Opera. All this occurred while viewing the breathtaking scenes of Vienna. Oh, how I wish that I could physically be there. Thank you for making these outstanding concert performances possible, and Happy 30th Anniversary.
