John Ardoin is former music critic of the DALLAS MORNING NEWS and has been music consultant for GREAT PERFORMANCES for 20 years, as well as a writer for many of its presentations. He is author of six books, including THE CALLAS LEGACY, CALLAS AT JUILLIARD, THE STAGES OF MENOTTI, and THE FURTWAENGLER RECORD.
