Organizer #4: Researching DANCE IN AMERICA

You will work in your groups to create a research presentation that fulfills the following requirements:

• Utilizes three or more Internet sites to develop an educational presentation for the entire class on one or more of the topics established by your class and your teacher.
  
  Your teacher will give you some Web sites with which to start your research.
  
  
• Uses presentation software to make a five-minute presentation to the class on your topic, ________________. The presentation must answer the general questions outlined below as specifically as possible.
  
  
• Develops informational handouts on your topic for the rest of the class.
  
  
• Creates a concrete, real-world example or template of some aspect of the research topic chosen. For example, if you are researching Jose Carreño, you might make an effort to find specific Cuban recipes or music examples to use in your presentation.
