It feels good to help and we seem to do it naturally. This begs the question of why we sometimes choose not to help. How does this feel for both the helper and the helped? What sorts of messages are we sending about our relationship by withdrawing our cooperation? I suspect that both parties may feel “snubbed.” To our social nature, this feels significant.

I find it funny that people who didn’t think there was any inflation in the pipeline are now talking about stagflation. This is nothing like the 1970’s, which was a pretty dismal period and not just because of polyester and disco.
