Talk about "innovation!"
Sounds like a great report for National History Day.

There is another comedy team that is not included in this section and

they should be.

Bud Abbott & Lou Costello had been performers in both Burlesque and

in Vaudeville..before they made their marks in clubs, radio, one Broadway

stage musical:"The Streets Of Paris",the movies and on tv.

The boys developed their comedic timing and skits in this rare

media and they performed t numrerious audiences all over this

country...they did their classic routines..but they never did the skits

the same way.

They should have been included in the Vaudeville and Broadway

segment of this PBS TV documentary..or they should have been properly

represented in the satire segment by showing scenes from their classic

WWII era and horror film spoofs..but they were not represented properly

on this show and that is disgraceful.
