In a speech at Eastern University in Pennsylvania this spring, Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean outlines the Democrats strategy to reach out to faith communities this presidential election season. He said candidates are talking about their personal religious beliefs more and are also reframing traditionally Democratic issues in a religious context.
