Chimpanzees: An Unnatural History
Video: Chimps in the Space Program

In 1959, the Air Force sought infant chimps for use in research evaluating the physical effects of space travel on the body. One chimp in particular — named Ham — clearly had the right stuff. While the human astronauts became heroes, the chimpanzees who paved the way for them faded into obscurity.

You know… its so sad. Could you imagine living with your loving mother until some creepy specie you have never seen comes and raids your family, kills your mother, and then takes you away to some unknown place where you live alone in a cage until they strap you in a box, send you into orbit, and if you survive the fear all you get is the rest of your life in another cage for those same creepy creatures to just stare at you all day and night? Think about it.
We have scarred so many beings, human and animal, and treated them so horribly that it cannot be spoken of, and we rarely give them the simplest thing in return. It’s sad.

We spend all of our resources, ruin most everyone’s lives, destroy our own environment, and for what? We still face the final death, and always will. What a waste of time, especially for these poor creatures who don’t even know why? So sad for humanity. We deserve to die a miserable death. I wish I could apologize to every animal, and person, that has been destroyed because of man’s arrogance.

This is just another way mankind has choosen to dominant that which he doesn’t understand, the arrogance of a few has ruined life on, this beautiful planet. Subjugation of God’s creatures and the punishment and anguish they incur to help man, are deplorable. These few that have treated our nearest relative on this planet to condition only the condemned among us don’t even face. The animal life that we have damaged and destroyed beyond repair at to what avail. To sell a pharmaceutical product that really didn’t work any better than previous ones that only make money for an industry that is in business to make money on those that they should be helping. Man should work hard to preserve all life and make it sacred for every living creature and being on this planet. May God help US all in the future understand that it is not necessary, to destroy everything that he has given us, to live.
