In the episode on the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Peter Coyote, while talking about the ocean water transfer system, says that it is “the most unique and vital…”.
The phrase “most unique”, while grammatically correct, makes no sense since something cannot be more unique.
Later, he describes the number of human deaths by great white shark as less than 50. It must be “fewer than 50″.
Please inform writer of the narration.

  • Barry

I just watched a repeat airing on November 15, and I, too, was upset by the number of grammatical errors. This is supposed to be “educational” television. Listening, Mr. Elisco?

I wish there were a way to get a transcript, so that I could correct it and return it to the writer.

  • Dana

Wonderful episode and excellent camerawork, as usual. The editing for the clips showing past scientific work and in general the clips with color changes were extremely distracting, however, and reduced the effectiveness of your overall work.

Thank you for all that you do. You’ve set a high standard and if your typical work wasn’t so fantastic, then we surely wouldn’t notice small inconveniences like these.

  • Richard Conner

Wonderful presentation! To All of the english teachers out there- send in your pledge of financial support.
