		<description>What about the intelligence of domesticated animals that show a high intelligence. For example Victor the budgie had a vocabulary of way over 1000 words and understood their meanings. He could converse on many humanistic concepts such as marriage, war, finances, religion and even politics. You can see some of his videos on youtube at this link.
