Shelley Lewis

Shelley Lewis has worked as a broadcast journalist for more than 20 years, producing for shows including NBC News at Sunrise, where she was the first woman to head a daily news show; ABC’s World News Now; Good Morning America; CNN’s Greenfield at Large; and CNN’s American Morning with Paula Zahn. In 2005, she co-created and launched Air America Radio, where one of the many talented people she hired was a small-town radio announcer named Rachel Maddow. Prior to joining PBS, she co-founded Howdini.com, a website devoted to how-to videos.
