Interview: Ed Rendell on the nation’s infrastructure woes

Suarez asks Rendell about Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s controversial plan to fix Chicago’s infrastructure through a public-private partnership, including whether or not the Chicago model could work in other cities and why the traditional way of financing infrastructure projects may not be possible in the current economic climate.
