Jennifer Granholm on getting women into political office

Around the country, a movement is spreading to try to get more women into political office. Barbara Lee’s 2012 Project and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s Off the Sidelines campaign are just two examples of the growing push to recruit more female politicians. But how can more women be encouraged to join the traditionally male-dominated field of politics?
