Should New York Bury the Gowanus Canal?

Premiered: August 1, 2018 | 0:08:11

Our partners at MetroFocus speak to Carlo Scissura of the New York Building Congress and NYC Councilman Justin Brannan on how a “Gowanus Tunnel” can improve the lives of New Yorkers.
