The producers of Texas Ranch House would like to get to know you better. We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us a short
videotape or DVD (3-5min. in length) telling us about yourself and explaining why you would make a good candidate for TEXAS RANCH
HOUSE. Please be as creative as you like. Once you submit your completed application, you will be receiving an email response from
us confirming that we have logged your information and issuing you an APPLICATION TRACKING NUMBER.
Please make sure to include this TRACKING NUMBER along with your NAME AND ADDRESS when you submit your cassette so we can match
your video to your web application.

All videotape submissions and any accompanying materials (including but not limited to photographs, written submissions etc) (together
'the Application') will become the sole property of Thirteen/WNET and Wall To Wall Inc. and will not be returned.
By submitting your Application (as defined below) for the program tentatively entitled Texas Ranch House (the "Program"), a production
of Educational Broadcasting Corporation and Wall To Wall Inc. (together, the "Producer"), and, in consideration of the Producer
considering your Application, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions, regardless of whether or not you are selected
for the Program:
1.Application is the Property of Producer. You agree that your online application, videotape submissions and any
accompanying materials (including but not limited to photographs, written submissions, etc.) (together, "the Application") is the
property of the Producer and will not be returned to you.
2. Applicant Rights Granted to Producer and Applicant Release of Producer. You grant to the Producer the irrevocable right
to incorporate the Application, in whole or in part, including without limitation your name, biographical materials, likeness and
voice (separately and collectively, your "Likeness"), into the Program and any versions thereof; and to distribute any version of the
Application and excerpts therefrom in or in connection with the Program in all manner and media now known or hereafter devised,
worldwide without limitation as to time. The foregoing includes the right of the Producer and its licensees to use the Application
and excerpts therefrom, including without limitation your Likeness, for Program and institutional promotion and publicity and Program
packaging, which specifically includes digital media. You agree that the Producer may use all or any part of your Likeness and may
alter or modify it, regardless of whether or not you are recognizable. You agree not to make any claim against the Producer as a
result of the recording or use of your Likeness and/or the Application (including, without limitation, any claim that such use invades
any right to privacy and/or publicity), and you release the Producer from any such claims you may have arising out of the broadcast,
exhibition, publication, promotion and other uses of the Program and the Application containing your Likeness. You agree that nothing
herein obligates Producer to include the Application or your Likeness in the Program or any Program packaging, promotion or publicity
or any other materials.
3. Applicant Representations and Warranties. You warrant and represent to the Producer that you possess or have obtained the
rights in the Application necessary to grant the Producer the rights above, and that you are the legal guardian of any minor children
appearing or in any way represented in the Application.
4. Applicant Indemnification of Producer. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Producer (which includes each
producer and its respective employees, officers, directors, trustees, underwriters, licensees, agents and assigns) from and against
any and all claims (including without limitation any privacy, defamation or other similar claims), damages, costs and expenses,
including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses arising out of (i) the Producer's use of the Application in any way provided for in
this Release, including, without limitation, in or in connection with the broadcast, exhibition, publication, promotion or other use
of the Program as provided for in this Release; and (ii) any breach or alleged breach of the foregoing representations and warranties.
5. Miscellaneous. This Release is governed by the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts made and wholly to
be performed therein. You acknowledge that no one has made any promise, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied,
not contained herein concerning the subject matter hereof, to induce you to agree to this Release and you acknowledge that you have
not agreed to this Release in reliance on any such promise, representation or warranty not contained herein. You agree that the
invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Release will in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any of the
remainder of this Release.
