Smear e-mails are being sent around indicating that Barack was raised and educated as a radical Muslim and that he is to be feared. This places a diferent perspective on things. Thanks.
I think Obama has the ideal perspective on religion and state. I am a Christian but I still believe in a degree of separation between church and state and Obama has a great attitude about what that should look like.
Obama's actions speak louder than his words. He attends and supports a church that has an allegance to Africa.
Obama’s minister and mentor praises Louis Farrakhan in the Nov/Dec issue of his church’s magazine, heaping praise on Farrakhan.
He did not salute the American flag on stage of a political meeting.
He is the only politican who will not say "God bless America" at the end of his speeches.
I believe being a Christian has not hindered my belief in the soc&s. In fact, I believe it seals the fact that the idea of church and state should stay put. Obama has awesome ideas and I believe this will reside with voters come election day.
