The Morehouse College Glee Club turned 100 this year, and in a recent concert at Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, DC they performed “Seek Ye First” by composer Marques Garrett. Produced by Janice Henderson.

Dr. David Morrow and the wonderful gentlemen of the Morehouse College Glee Club, you have truly warmed my heart with such a magnificent performance of my song. Every one of you has a special place in my heart.
What a unique and rich choral tone these gentlemen produce; they are truly a credit to the Morehouse choral heritage. Prof. Garrett has every right to feel a certain pride as these men perform his work. A special chapeau to the first tenors: your voices radiated the Lord’s very light as you soared in those penultimate measures… bravo!
