A former Vatican ambassador to the Dominican Republic is facing possible extradition by several countries after being accused of sex crimes against children. Earlier this year Jozef Wesolowski was found guilty and defrocked by a Vatican court for sexually abusing young boys while in the Dominican Republic. Wesolowski has appealed his defrocking.
