Witchcraft in Salem Village

This free site introduces the Salem witch trials of 1692, and provides accurate information about the timeline of events, the individuals involved, as well as transcripts of many surviving court documents relating to the trials. The site is supported by the Electronic Text Center, Institute for Advanced Technology in the Humanities, Special Collections Department, at the University of Virginia.
