When will the present generation finally learn about Operation Keelhaul ? It would be so very informative for PBS to present a program about this atrocity. As a child growing up in the French sector of Austria in a DP camp, I saw and did not understand.Only now am I beginning to uderstand why my parents remarked how lucky we were to live in the camp under french jurisdiction and not American or British.
