Raise the Glass provides excellent input to a tragic situation that is not unique to Waterford. Lucy Kennedy has done a wonderful job of capturing the spirit of the workers, but also the reality of the situation. She also has a lovely voice as a narrator. I was also particularly taken by the addition of the kids in the worker’s family and while they were in the Visitor Center. The backgound shots of Waterford and the brief history were also helpful to put the story in context.

Suggestions: (1) The pop up captions for the workers pictures disappear too quickly. Why can’t they stay up as long as a reader has their cursor over the picture? (2) Since I have seen this now, I would be interested in having periodic updates as to the status of Waterford and what the new owners plan to do with it. (3) Your resources section is an excellent idea.
