“Dancing gives me a chance to breathe…”

To celebrate World Dance Day, dancers across the country share their love of the art form.

April 29th is World Dance Day! Dance preserves culture, creates connections between people, and expresses creativity and joy. Whether alone in the living room or on stage in front of an audience, dance is an important part of so many Americans’ lives.

My Saturday night looks like two stepping with a live band.
