My greatest challenge is…
My greatest challenge is that I have had cancer my entire life - over 800 surgeries to keep it in check - over 20 times a year for 40+ years now; Unrelated to that, I spent a month in a deep coma - dying three times, being pronounced dead the third time; as I came out of the coma, I was told I would never walk again - and I walked out of the hospital under my own power three months later... And around all that, I have traveled the world, and I am recognized as one of the top experts in the world in Rare Gems and Fine Jewelry. The moral of my story? If you give up you definitely lose. My motto? The minute that you become nothing but a patient, or the family or friend of a patient, the disease, whatever it is, wins at that moment!
