My life right now…
My life right now like everyone's is surreal. Never would have predicted a pandemic as that was something that only happened long ago and written about by someone named DeFoe. Nope. Never thought it in 70 years. Have been in an earthquake (small), have sheltered in the hallway when tornadoes went by with that distinct train chee-chee-chee noise. Have been told to evacuate for flooding by megaphone, have waited for that bear who was NOT social distancing to move away from the outdoor chair I was sitting in, and have backed away ever so slowly from the wolf by our stream. Did report that rabid acting raccoon to the DEC. But, have never worn a mask, worried about my family catching something we can't see or even dying from it. Old bears looking for an easy snack seem like no-worries-mate now.
