For my people I created a movement called The Love Always Project- it's a great way to remind everyone to show love to others. We've been through a lot in the past couple of years. Gun violence, shootings, adapting to a new president, black lives matter and surviving a pandemic. People turn to hate when we should be reminding ourselves that there should be more love given, my kindness shown and this movement has taught me to be real with myself, and to change the world one pouch at a time. Send someone you care about a pouch with some of their favorite treats in it. Life is too short. Be kind to others, we all really need it. Each night when I lay my head on the pillow, I always reflect on my day and ask myself how I tried to make an impact on someone. Remember to #showlovealways
