Looking ahead, I was asked to share a story about letting go of something, regrets, etc. I often felt I did not plan ahead well for retirement. Never worked anywhere that I get a pension besides Social Security. Wished I had gotten a job working for a railroad like my parents as RR retirement pays twice as much as SS. But too late now, Frisco RR where they worked was moving most of its' office staff to Springfield, MO and I did not want to relocate, so never applied. Money is tight now that I am retired, did not get any income for the years I took care of Mom before she died. But have many good friends who help me out when I need it. So far, I am surviving and doing OK. So I need to let go of the past and look forward to future.
