What gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing the tasks and goals, I set for myself everyday to complete. I feel like quarantine has really changed most of us for the best, because for me I had to face many challenges that I believe life was trying to teach me, but I have now learned and grown from it. Quarantine has really changed me for the best because I would have never imagine challenging myself everyday both physically and mentally. When I first started working out I weighed 125lbs and now after 6 months of hard work I weigh 150lbs. I am no where near my dream physique goal, but I am proud of the progress I've made working out at home. Not only has quarantine changed me physically, it has also changed me mentally because I make sure I enjoy the small things in life and to appreciate my friends and family that I have.
