Most days I feelanxious. I always think there's something crucial to be done or else I'll miss my chance but, in most cases, they require patience and planning. I've been doing better at tempering this feeling but some times it gets the better of me. I just need to remind myself that I just need to take it one day at a time and relax every once and awhile. I'll be heading to a spa next week for my birthday for the first time so that a right step I think.
