My greatest challenge is…
My greatest challenge is managing my mental illness. Resilience and Consistency are key players in getting through the day-to-day no matter the circumstance- even the kind we are all facing right now. For me, I often find it difficult to find the strength to battle my depression but I remind myself that I have to be my own friend. Little by little I challenge myself in looking for little ways in which I can love myself more. By doing so I find some strength within myself and can continue on a road to resiliency and consistency. I'm not saying it won't be challenging but it's well worth it :)
