    Frank Carroll:
    They had baseball fields. They had the theatre available as a recreational situation. There was a very large pool hall. That was mainly for the single men that were staying at the Six Companies barracks.

    Pat Lappin:
    They built tennis courts. Tennis was a very accepted way of recreation. You wouldn't think after working seven days a week under those kind of circumstances that anybody would want to play tennis, but they did.
