TisÂ’ the season to eat jolly! Every year I reminisce about my childhood, when my Mother and Grandmother served delightfully delicious meals and sinfully scrumptious treats at holiday time. As an adult, I still crave theses traditional dishes, so creating vegan versions of these beloved classics has become a pleasure.
