- ¼ cup of broccoli slaw or cabbage slaw
- ½ cup of shredded carrots
- ½ apple, sliced very thin
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 lemon squeeze
- Put all ingredients into a large bowl and toss until everything is coated evenly. Place in the refrigerator to chill, then enjoy!
