Foo’s Stir Fried Ground Pork with
Chinese Long Beans

    Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chinese long beans 
  • 2lbs ground pork
  • 2 bunch of Thai basil 
  • 3 stalks lemongrass
  • 4 bulbs garlic 
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 large fresh ginger 
  • 4 tbsp olek chili paste 
  • 8 fresh chili peppers 
  • 4 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 bunch green onions 

    Directions

  1. Saute ground pork with oil, thai basil, lemongrass, garlic, beans, shallots and chili paste.
  2. Serve on plate and top with thai chilis. Wash and cook rice in a pot.
  3. Saute green onions and top rice.
