Pomosa Recipe | Beverage Recipes | PBS Food

Have a Pomosa made with pomegranate juice, orange juice, limeade, pear juice, and fresh limes. You can watch Sue prepare this drink in this clip from Lakeland Cooks!

Yield: 1 serving

  • 2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce limeade
  • Sparkling pear juice, sparkling water or lemon-lime flavored soda
  • Slices of fresh limes and oranges for garnish

  1. Pour juices into tall glass filled with ice.
  2. Fill glass with sparkling pear juice. Stir.
  3. Add slice of orange and lime to float in the drink.

Sparkling pear juice can be found in some grocery stores.

For an alcoholic beverage, use Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine, rather than sparkling pear juice.
