Here the warm-blooded specimen
hunters set one hundred mammal traps, but caught only two
mice. The insect hunters, however, bagged what Kincaid
called a "most gigantic of all the enchytraeids," a worm
60mm. long. He named it Mesenchytraeus harrimani, in
honor of Harriman. Illustrations showing the
cellular structure of Mesenchytraeus harrimani.
