Doc Emmys"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">\n<p>The National Academy of Television Arts &amp; Sciences announced this year\u2019s nominees for the 35th annual\u00a0News &amp; Documentary Emmy\u00ae Awards, which recognize outstanding achievement in broadcast journalism and documentary filmmaking. \u00a0And <em>Independent Lens<\/em> is proud to say that 7\u00a0of our documentaries received <strong>10 nominations<\/strong> for 2013.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8220;These\u00a0Emmy nominations are a testament to the\u00a0exemplary\u00a0journalism that\u00a0independent documentary filmmakers practice,&#8221;
