Music in Tribute

This year’s National Memorial Day Concert is proud to feature the music of Mac Sinise. A gifted artist with a deep and personal connection to the mission of honoring those who have served and sacrificed for this country, Mac completed recording his debut album, Resurrection & Revival, prior to his passing in January 2024.

His final wish to his father was to dedicate all proceeds to benefit the Gary Sinise Foundation’s mission. Following his death, in an effort to connect further with his son, Gary uncovered more musical treasures that Mac had written but never shared. These were compiled into a second album, Resurrection & Revival: Part Two.

We are honored to feature Mac’s music in two meaningful moments during this year’s concert, “The Rise” during the tribute to World War II Veterans of the Greatest Generation, and “Triumphant” as part of the 25th Anniversary Tribute to the victims and heroes of September 11th.
