The series explores the complexities of power, justice and redemption within a troubled university hospital. The show ranks among the top three most watched Max Original series in the platform\u2019s history and is in production for a second season. Noah made history as the first male actor to win all five major television acting awards (Emmy Award, Golden Globe Award, Critics\u2019 Choice Award, SAG Actor Award, and Television Critics Association Award) in a single season for his performance in \u201cThe Pitt.\u201d He also received the 2026 Television Showperson of the Year Award at the 63rd ICG Publicists Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He previously led the genre-defining hit TV drama \u201cER\u201d as \u2018Dr. John Carter\u2019 across fifteen seasons, a role for which he earned three Golden Globe Award nominations and five Primetime Emmy Award nominations. A talented multihyphenate, since 2021, Noah has starred in the critically acclaimed action crime drama \u201cLeverage: Redemption\u201d for Freevee, for which he has also written and directed several episodes. Noah also starred in the limited series \u201cThe Red Line\u201d for CBS, produced by Ava DuVernay and Greg Berlanti. He can also be seen in \u201cThe Romanoffs\u201d by Matthew Weiner and the fantasy adventure series \u201cThe Librarians\u201d on TNT. Noah also Executive Produced and appeared in the sci-fi series \u201cFalling Skies\u201d for TNT, for which he also wrote and directed multiple episodes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the feature side, Noah has appeared in nearly two dozen films and had roles in Rob Reiner\u2019s <em>A Few Good Men<\/em> and Richard Kelly\u2019s <em>Donnie Darko<\/em>.
