As residents of Mumbai, India grapple with the attacks that have forever altered their city, NewsHour reporter Simon Marks talks to them about who is responsible and what happens next. Some of the terrorists arrived in the city by boat and the coast guard still does not have surveillance equipment to prevent such actions. The Taj Hotel had beefed up security measures after receiving word of a potential threat in September, but had relaxed those measures by last week. As more information comes out about the execution of the attacks, Mumbai residents and Indian media are clamoring for increased protection and action by the Indian government.
