John Ray of Independent Television News reports from neighboring Tunisia on the humanitarian and medical workers preparation for the end of Moamamar Gadhafi's 42-year reign in Libya and the chaos that might ensue. As government militias continue to open fire on protesters in various Libyan cities, foreigners are making a mass exodus for neighboring countries including hundreds of Americans who have safely made it to the Mediterranean island of Malta. Protesters are continuing to mobilize as they hung a noose around a poster of Gadhafi and trampled his image underfoot. In the southern city of Gharyan, protesters shouted "Libya's free and Gadhafi's out" while their compatriots to the east are battling government sponsored militia where clashes have left and unknown number of people dead. Foreign leaders including delegates to the United Nations Security Council are calling for unspecified sanctions towards the Gadhafi regime. U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon urged concrete action to end the violence, citing that haste will only result in the loss of more lives.
