Looking for a way to start a conversation in your class about the 2014 midterm election and results? Check out our resources below, including student-produced reports, infographics and the latest news for your classroom.

1. Hopeful or pessimistic? Survey captures youth attitudes towards the American political system


In October, the PBS Newshour Student Reporting Labs team sent an anonymous online questionnaire to 80 schools in the Student Reporting Labs network, which trains middle and high school students in video journalism. They responded about what engages them in the political process.
