Rep. Trey Radel — the Florida Republican who recently underwent rehabilitation following a cocaine bust — will return to Congress next week, Politico reports.
Radel pleaded guilty on Nov. 20 to cocaine possession. Authorities said he tried to purchase drugs for $250 at a restaurant in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. He entered a rehab facility in Naples, Fla., for roughly a month and will be on probation for a year.
During his leave, Radel donated his salary to charity. According to Politico, the House Ethics Committee is also investigating the incident.
