The Himalaya is the highest mountain range on earth. Here, the air is the thinnest, the wind is the strongest, and the storms are the fiercest. Yet, extraordinary animals and remarkable creatures make a home here. The higher you climb, the tougher it gets. This film travels up in altitude, showing how the resourceful people and animals of the Himalayan mountains survive.

Watch as this film follows Glorioso Albeneida, a bus driver that maneuvers his old bus down a narrow road on a steep gorge; as rock climbers Ivan and Fuco attempt to scale a giant tower of granite- La Esfinge- in the Paron Valley of Peru; and as Diuca finches, the only glacier-nesting birds in the world, raise their young on the Quelccaya glacier.
