How do I obtain a Certificate of Completion?

Every PBS TeacherLine learner who successfully completes a course has the option to receive a certificate. If you have successfully completed a course, you may be able to print out your personalized completion certificate yourself.

To see if this option is available to you, go to the My Courses page and find your past course listing. If you see a "Certificate" link with your course, click it to open a PDF file of your printable certificate. (Trouble downloading? Right-click the link and save the PDF file locally. If it still does not work, please submit a help ticket with your course number and we'll email the certificate.)

If you do not see a "Certificate" link, be sure the date is past the course end date and that you have been assigned a grade. If the link is still missing, check with your facilitator for details on how to obtain your certificate. If you are trying to obtain a certificate for a course which was offered locally, you may need to contact the local PBS station affiliate.

Be sure you have the right software & settings
