Zbigniew Brzezinski, national security advisor to former President Jimmy Carter, has served successive U.S. administrations on foreign policy and intelligence issues. Now a counselor and trustee with the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC, he is the author of numerous books including the historic masterpiece The Grand Chessboard, American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives and the just published The Choice: Global Domination or Global Leadership. This week he casts a sharp eye on the foreign policy of George W. Bush: What’s wrong? What’s right?
